About the practice

Property, made explorable.

Help prospective buyers understand how a property fits together before an in-person viewing.

Make the layout easier to understand.

Formwalk turns supplied plans, photographs and visual references into connected spaces people can explore in a browser.

We create interactive 3D property walkthroughs for agents and developers, with an initial focus on Bangkok. The work starts with the property and the way you want to present it, from an individual listing to a repeatable unit type.

Three principles shape the work.

Understand how rooms connect.

Show where rooms lead, how levels connect and how indoor and outdoor spaces relate. A model overview and agreed furnishing options can help buyers read the whole property.

Be clear about the evidence.

Distinguish existing conditions from proposed elements, identify assumptions and label estimated details. A visual reconstruction helps present a space; it does not establish surveyed construction dimensions.

Make the next step clear.

Review the available references, identify gaps and agree the scope. Review the layout before visual refinement, with device support, presentation options, reviews, hosting and delivery defined for each project.

See the approach in practice.

The apartment prototype explores a two-level home in Japan, with connected rooms, a model overview and furnished and unfurnished views. It is a visual reconstruction with estimated details, best explored on desktop with a keyboard and mouse.
